Kristen Lehl
Vocals and Small Percussion
Kristen is an East Coast Girl through and through…born in Upstate New
York, raised in West Palm Beach and Atlanta. Sorry DC, she’s a die-
hard Braves fan! In fact, it wasn’t until she moved to Atlanta in 1991 that
they started winning again! Yup, it is all because of her!
With two brothers, she caught the performing bug very early. She
learned early how to get out of trouble or pin it on her brothers with just
a bat of the eyes, or feigning astonished innocence! Growing up,
Kristen spent many Sundays in her church choir and has an
appreciation for all types of music.
The past four years have been spent solely in the theatre. A regular on
the local theatre circuit, Kristen prefers musicals over straight shows, but
also loves being a techie backstage. Dorothy must have meant the
stage when she said “there’s no place like home!”
Some of Kristen’s musical hero’s are John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Jim
Croce, June Carter and Johnny Cash, Van Halen, Billy Joel, Heart,
Eagles, Kiss, Bette Midler, Bruce Springstein, Reba McIntire, and
especially Dolly Parton!
Shout outs to her band mates, (Craig, Tim, Phil, Funk, and Lou), her
theatre mates (Heather, Arie, Sheila, MEJ, Bev and Leighann) and of
course lots of love to the family…Greg, Harley and Mandy.
